Snow Day would not be possible without the support of our passionate volunteer community.
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to spearhead specific event elements and ensure a smooth event experience for audiences, performers, and staff. Together, let’s create an event that will be remembered for years to come - an opportunity to leave a lasting impact!

Role Descriptions:
Pre-Event Staffing
Street Team - champion flyer and poster distribution, tentatively planned in two phases - Nov and Dec/Jan.
Day-of-Staffing (Taken in Shifts)
Event Photography - photograph shows and special moments on and off stage throughout the marathon, must supply your own camera.
Troupe Managers - check-in and round up troupes, ensure they are back stage when scheduled, assist Stage Manager and act as a floater volunteer, as needed.
Merch & Raffle Table - sell merch, show tickets, raffle tickets, 50/50, concession tickets and manage in-person donations.
Opening/Closing Ceremony - assist with set-up and break-down of event, livestream of opening and closing remarks, and raffle drawing.
Event Organizing Team - Applications Closed
Filled Positions:
Sponsorship Coordinator - spearhead building sponsorship relations with organizations and patrons to further the Snow Day cause.
Fundraising Coordinator - organize and oversee fundraising efforts via GoFundMe, raffle prizes, 50/50, and merch orders.
Volunteer Coordinator - recruit, schedule, and manage volunteers (ie Street Team, day-of-staffing, and as needed).
Graphic Designer - inspire and design Snow Day 18 themed event poster, graphics, and merch.
Marketing & Promotions Assistant - assist M&P Coordinator to execute marketing plan, design promotional materials, and coordinate press coverage.
Website Assistant - update and maintain performer and show ticket pages once schedule is finalized, familiarity with Squarespace is a plus.
Audience Engagement & Experience (AE&E) Lead - develop and deliver ideas from start to finish to provide a positive experience for participants through interactive elements, heightened audience participation, and late night concessions.
